The Villa is located in Betabatim village, which is very close to Martin's corner and a 3-4 min drive to Alila Diwa. It's an approx. 8 min walk from the back gate to Sunset Beach. The villa is literally a walk-in for a buyer, as it's fully furnished, a lot of antique furniture, lots of art on the walls, equipped with all amenities and a safe. It's got a track to cycle around or play cricket or just about anything. It's built up area is 222.43 sqmt, and the open terrace is 21.30 sqmt. There's in addition a porch to park a car. There's lots of parking outside, too. It faces the pool. The villa is surrounded by a private garden and tons and tons of landscaped open green gardens common to all. There are 5 bathrooms. One for servants in the kitchen. The kitchen has a back door leading to the garden at the back of the villa. The fifth bathroom is where the gazebo is on the top floor, so it's great for entertaining and guests. The other three bathrooms are all ensuite with the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony with a direct view of the pool from the first floor, plus a walk-in wardrobe and attached bathroom.
